ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Domestic: 5 - 7 business days.
International: 15 - 30 business days.
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
Total weight of package
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require on our end will be shown to you in checkout. We have no control over custom fees & cannot estimate how much a fee will be if you are an international buyer. Please check with your postal service if there is any additional custom or import fees you are required to pay.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if you put in your address incorrectly. If a package is sent back to us due to wrong address or unpaid custom fee, you will be refunded the amount for the product. An email will be sent to the email you provided during checkout asking if you would like the product to be resent, you will have to pay additional shipping if so. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, you will be refunded.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for a package being lost during shipment. The tracking information will be provided during checkout. Right now the post offices are over flowing with shipments, everything is being shipped slower than usual. We have no control over what happens to the package during transit. If your tracking has “delivered”, a refund will not be given due to prior scamming of other individuals receiving the package but claiming it hasn’t arrived.
We hope you love your purchase, but if you do need to return something, send your item back within 14 days of receiving the product. Refunds only accepted if the toy is damaged. Email at email@example.com to express why you want to return, & I will give you the return address. Include your order number on the outside of the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, only the amount for the product.
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process.
